Yes. Gestion Localys works with owners of a single condo or house as well as owners of several units. Every property receives personalized support.

What does your property management service include?
Finding and screening tenants (showings, background, reference and credit checks), lease follow-up, rent collection, communication with tenants, coordination of maintenance and repairs, and financial follow-up with regular reports.
Can you manage my property if I live outside Montreal?
Yes. Our team takes care of your property on site and keeps you informed remotely through regular reports. If you do not reside in Canada, we act as your Canadian agent: we withhold non-resident tax on your rent and remit it to the Canada Revenue Agency.
