Information we collect

When you fill out a contact or quote request form, we collect:

• your first and last name;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if you provide it;
• your profile (owner, tenant or other);
• for a quote request, the property information you choose to provide: property type, neighbourhood or address, number of units and current situation;
• the content of your message.

We also collect technical information about your browsing through audience measurement tools. They are described in the "Cookies and audience measurement" section.

Why we use it

We use your information to:

• respond to your request;
• prepare a personalized quote for the management of your property;
• send you an email confirming that we received your request;
• follow up on our relationship with you;
• improve the site using traffic statistics.

We do not sell your personal information.

Consent

By sending us your information through a form, you consent to its use for the purposes described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, subject to our legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure outside Quebec

To operate the site, we use service providers that process certain information on our behalf outside Quebec, including in the United States:

• Vercel: website hosting;
• Resend: sending emails related to the forms;
• Google: audience measurement with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

These providers use your information only to provide these services to us. We take measures so that your information receives adequate protection.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site uses Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to produce traffic statistics: pages viewed, visit duration, device type and approximate location. These tools place cookies in your browser.

You can refuse or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. This does not prevent you from using the site.

Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, then destroy or anonymize it.

We take reasonable security measures to protect your information against loss and against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Access is limited to the members of our team who need it.
